nuhaa.ai Knowledge

Ask what your organization knows.

Policies, contracts, procedures, reports and manuals, reachable through a conversation instead of a search box. Every answer arrives with the passage it came from.

  • For every employee
  • Arabic and English
  • Permission aware

The experience

Most enterprise knowledge is already written down. It sits in documents nobody has time to read end to end, in two languages, across a decade of versions. Knowledge reads that material in context and answers the question that was actually asked.

  • The passage behind the answer is shown next to it, not hidden behind a link.
  • Permissions are applied before the search runs, so nobody sees what they should not.
  • Where two documents disagree, the disagreement is surfaced rather than averaged away.

What happens between the question and the answer

Four things happen before you see a word.

  1. The request is checked

nuhaa.ai establishes who is asking and which sources that person is entitled to reach, before anything is retrieved.

  2. The material is retrieved

Relevant passages are found across approved documents in both languages, including scanned files, tables and diagrams.

  3. The passages are read

The retrieved material is read in context, and the parts that actually answer the question are separated from the parts that merely mention it.

  4. The answer is attributed

The response is written with its sources attached, so the reader can verify before acting on it.

Text inside a document is treated as information, never as an instruction to the system. That distinction is a security control, not a detail.

Not a better search box

Search finds documents. Knowledge answers questions.

Enterprise search

nuhaa.ai Knowledge

  • Returns a ranked list of files

Returns the answer, with the passage behind it

  • You read until you find the clause

The governing clause is quoted for you

  • Arabic and English are separate searches

    One question reaches both

  • Scanned documents are invisible

Scans, tables and diagrams are read

  • You reconcile the versions yourself

The current version is identified and dated

Enterprise search is not the enemy here. Knowledge reads the same repositories it indexes.

What it reads

The formats your organization actually has.

Enterprise knowledge is rarely clean. It is a twelve year old PDF, a scanned signature page, a spreadsheet with merged cells and a presentation somebody exported to images.

  • Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel and plain text
  • Scanned documents, read page by page rather than skipped
  • Tables and figures inside documents, not just the prose around them
  • Arabic and English in the same body of knowledge
  • Long documents, read in sections so a clause in an annex is still found
  • Images and diagrams, described so they can be searched and cited

A document that cannot be read completely is reported as incomplete rather than indexed with holes in it.

Governance

Access follows your rules, question by question.

  • Permission aware

Every retrieval is filtered by the asker’s role, department and ownership. A document that a person cannot open is a document nuhaa.ai will not quote to them.

  • Private by default

A document belongs to whoever added it until it is deliberately shared with a department or the organization. Nothing becomes company-wide by accident.

  • Reviewable

Administrators can see what was asked and what was returned. An AI rollout that cannot be reviewed cannot be governed.

We will connect it, ask it your question, and show you the passage the answer came from.
