Where does our data go?

It stays in the Kingdom. The models that answer your questions run on infrastructure inside Saudi Arabia, and your content is never sent to a third party model provider. For organizations whose content cannot leave their own perimeter at all, there is an on-premise edition, including air-gapped installations.

Will our content be used to train your models?

Accepted Answer

No. Each organization is a separate tenant with isolated data, and your content is never used to train a model that another customer benefits from.

What stops it from making things up?

Accepted Answer

Answers are produced from your own sources and carry those sources with them, so a claim can be checked against the passage or the query behind it. Where the material does not support an answer, nuhaa.ai is built to say so rather than fill the gap. That is a meaningful reduction in risk, not a guarantee of perfection, which is why every answer shows its evidence and why the product tells people to verify what matters.

Can someone use it to see documents they are not allowed to see?

Accepted Answer

No. The asker’s permissions are resolved on the server and applied before anything is retrieved. A document a person cannot open is a document nuhaa.ai will not quote to them, and a question can never resolve to another organization’s content.

Can it change data in our systems?

Accepted Answer

No. Queries generated against your databases are read-only, and anything that would modify a record is refused before it runs. nuhaa.ai proposes actions for people to take. It does not execute them on your systems.

How good is the Arabic?

Arabic is a first language in the product rather than a translation layer. Arabic questions are answered from Arabic sources with the same depth as English, and both live in one body of knowledge. Where a specialist term is unique to your organization or your sector, it is taught to the platform once and applied everywhere afterwards.

Do we have to migrate anything?

No. nuhaa.ai reads your sources where they are. Nothing is moved, and no system is replaced.

Is nuhaa.ai SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Accepted Answer

No, and we will not imply otherwise. What exists is a documented mapping of controls against the SOC 2 trust services criteria and ISO 27001 Annex A, available on engagement. The platform has separately been assessed against OWASP Top 10, OWASP ASVS, the CWE/SANS Top 25 and the Saudi PDPL, with findings closed.

Does it replace our BI tools?

No. Your dashboards keep reporting the metrics you defined, from the same warehouse. nuhaa.ai answers the questions you had not built a view for, and shows the query it used so an analyst can stand behind the number.

What does a first deployment involve?

One use case, the sources it depends on, a named owner and a pilot group who will actually ask questions. Discovery and connection are usually measured in weeks rather than months, because nothing is being migrated.

How is it licensed?

Cloud deployments are licensed as a subscription; on-premise installations are licensed per installation and activated offline. Pricing depends on the deployment and the scale, and we would rather quote against your actual use case than publish a number that fits nobody.

The models answering your questions run inside the Kingdom, and nuhaa.ai installs inside your own data centre where residency requires it. That option does not exist in a global tenancy.
